Mission Statement

The purpose of the Operation Restoring Innocence is to combat sexual exploitation and human trafficking by providing a method of education, awareness, communication for local law enforcement and the general public to receive information of victims, potential victims (such as runaway minors, kidnapped and missing persons), as well as traffickers with the outcome resulting in the safe recovery of victims, family’s being reunited, and the identification and lawful arrest and criminal conviction of those who engage in sex trafficking.
